令和２年度は事業中止により研修生を迎えることができなかったため、令和３年は浦添市民と在南米浦添市人会の皆さんからの「おたより」特別編をお届けします！

南米研修生について

 

大 城　　碧 鳳

龍賓沖縄書道会​

 

　浦添市（国際交流課）の依頼を受け、南米移住者子弟への文化研修＝書道を平成21年（２００９年）から令和元年（２０１９年）まで担当しました。毎年新しい顔との出会いを書道教室の皆さんも心待ちにしています。そして、南米の社会情勢や異文化を学ぶ良い機会となっています。又、研修生の日本文化（特に沖縄）を学ぶ姿勢は、地元沖縄に住む人より数段上回っているように思います。何でも学び取ろうとします。

　浦添市文化協会主催の文化祭は毎年11月にてだこホールと浦添市美術館で作品発表があります。研修生は生け花に挑戦し、展示発表の場は私たちも楽しみにしています。

　現在も教室を続けています。換気をして、マスクをつけて毎週火曜日に稽古をしています。去った２月には那覇市民ギャラリーで第２０回龍賓沖縄書道会展が開催され、当教室のメンバーも出品しております。

　稽古日以外は趣味のガーデニングを楽しんで、週末には南城市で「ガーデンカフェ木もれ日」をオープンしています。

　庭づくりは背景や花の色や配置、余白であり高低差等、やはり全体のバランスが大切だと思います。時間を見つけて色々な庭を散策したり、花市で新しい種類の花を見つける日々を楽しんでいます。

The café is taking proper measures against the virus while allowing customers to see the garden. Some even take a walk through the garden after eating.

About the South American interns

 

Hekiho Oshiro

Ryuhin Okinawa Shodo-kai​

 

　Since receiving a request from the Urasoe International Relations Section, I have taught calligraphy to the South American interns from 2009 to 2019. Each year, I look forward to welcoming the new faces to our classroom, as well as learning about their South American lives and cultures. Their passion for learning about Japanese culture (especially Okinawa) seems to be greater than even the locals. They try to learn about anything and everything!

　The Culture Festival hosted by the Urasoe Culture Association is held at the AIM Universe Tedako Hall and Urasoe Art Museum in November, showcasing many arts. We always look forward to the interns’ Ikebana displays.

　Even now, our classroom is still continuing its activities each Tuesday. We make sure to ventilate and wear face masks while practicing. In addition, members of our classroom were able to participate in the Naha Citizen Gallery’s 20th Ryuhin Okinawa Shodo-kai Exhibition this past February.

　On our off-days, I enjoy gardening as a hobby. I also opened an open garden café in Nanjo City called “Garden Café Komorebi.”

　The background, color choice and placement of flowers, difference in height – everything has to be balanced when creating a garden. When I have the time, I try out different types of gardens and search for new flowers at the flower market.
